Re: one less thing before court

Hello again,

Following up on my earlier email about everything that happens around the court work itself. Rather than more features, here's a firm in its own words.

Pooja Tidke, Senior Partner at Parinam Law Associates, has used Provakil for over five years. Her words: it has "completely changed the way we work" and "directly increased the firm's profitability, productivity, and efficiency." She isn't alone; 68% of our partner firms report higher overall profitability.

In our experience, the difference rarely comes from one feature. It comes from routine work no longer needing a person to do it. That's also where AI is helping firms most:
- AI case reviews give you a quick status of any matter before a hearing.
- The AI Case Assistant helps you or a new team member get up to speed on a file quickly.
- Keyword alerts flag new cases involving your clients or the matters you're tracking.

It doesn't do the lawyering. It handles the reading and tracking, so your people spend their time where judgement matters.

The same platform also covers timesheets, invoicing and expenses, deadlines, documents, and reports by forum or client. It works across phone, tablet and desktop, and cause lists and documents stay available offline when the court has no signal.

If you'd like to take a 20-minute look, reply with a number or convenient time and I'll be in touch. And if now isn't the right time, a one-line "not now" is perfectly fine; I won't follow up again.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Nearly every law firm we speak with says the same: the courtroom is where they're at their best, and the tracking around it is what drains their time. Late nights go into checking cause lists on several court websites, juniors spend hours watching for new orders, and clients ring for updates before the order has even been read.

We've been building for exactly this since 2017, alongside 10,000+ advocates and 250+ law firms. That includes Khaitan & Co, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Fox & Mandal and IndusLaw, as well as independent firms of two or three advocates.

Here's what they use most, day to day:
- Automatic updates from 19,000+ forums across India, from the Supreme Court down to district courts, tribunals, RERA and consumer forums
- A personalised cause list each morning on WhatsApp and email, synced to Google Calendar
- AI summaries of every new order, so you see what changed in a couple of lines
- Automatic SMS and email updates to clients whenever a matter is listed or an order is passed

Would a short 20-minute walkthrough be useful? There's no obligation. If it's useful, good; if not, you simply pass.

Just send me a number or a time that works, and we can connect on a call or meet in person.

Kind Regards,
Khushi Gehlot
