Excerpt of Pre-project Sensitisation and Awareness

The pre-project sensitisation and awareness creation meeting was held as scheduled last Saturday near Nipco filling station.

In attendance were representative of;

1. Secretary to The Government of the federation
2. Engineer Okeke, the brain behind the approval of construction of the road project under ecological fund office under Presidency
3. Consultant to the project
4. Amac Chairman
5. Chairman of VON residents association
6. Chairman of all the phases in Trademore estate
7. Staff of ecological fund office
8. And other residents

Highlight of the point discussion at the meeting are



1. Appreciation to President Muhammadu Buhari GCFR, Secretary to the government of federation, Alh. Boss Mustafa, and Engineer Okeke for facilitating the approval of the project

2. Absolute cooperation of all residents and road users through out the duration of the construction of the road project.

3. The road which start from the express and terminates at the T Junction after Britarch school and designed to be of standard size  with expansion of the two Bridges is expected to be constructed within period of six months.

4. All those selling by the road side have been advised in writing to vacate the road set back to make road construction easier and free flow of traffic smoother.

5. All enquiries and suggestion is to be channelled through phases' chairmen who are members of feedback social media platform set up for the road project.

6. Our duties as residents is to cooperate with contractor and consultant to ensure timely delivery of the project.
