Phase 2 Residents Elect New Exco August 31

This is contained in the statement released by general secretary of electoral committee below:

"ANNOUNCEMENT! ANNOUNCEMENT!!

Dear Members,

This is to notify the entire Residents of Phase II Resident's Association, that following Resolutions reached at the Emergency General Meeting which held on 3rd August,  2019, the Phase II, Electoral Committee hereby announce the 2019/2020 Election Timetable as detailed in the attached.

Interested candidates are hereby requested to collect their Nomination Form (FREE) from the Secretary of the Committee @ No. 91 Trademore Avenue,  Phase II.

Further details & the Election Guidelines shall be communicated to members through this platform and other information dissemination platforms.

All residents of phase are expected to actively participate in the transition process that would produce new set of leader for Phase.

So for every resident to get opportunity to vote, he or she must have paid the 2019 facility fee and be available on that day to cast his or her vote with her proof of payment. In order to exercise your franchise and vote for leader of your choice, pay your 2019 facility fee and keep your your teller or receipt very well

Residents encourage not to give their receipt to any one to use to vote for them. Voting is a personal right of every phase2 resident and can not be delegated.
