FORMAL DECLARATION FOR THE OFFICE OF CHAIRMAN, PHASE II RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION*

*Dear Fellow Trademore estate in general and Phase 2 Resident in particular in this group,*

I am Ayorinde Sunday, a fellow resident, the admin of some trademore estate residents group on WhatsApp, telegram and Facebook

As you are aware it is such a time in the life of our dear phase2 residents association to elect new set of executives to steer the affairs of the association for the next two years. On this premise an electoral committee was set up and the committee has since released the election guidelines and time table.

In line with the election guidelines and time tables, I have obtained, filled and submitted my nomination form for the office of the chairman of phase 2 signifying my intention to contest in the forth coming election into the office of chairman of phase2 to serve the good residents of phase2 in particular and entire trademore residents in general.

Consequent upon the commencement of campaign period from Saturday August 17 to Friday August 30 in accordance with the election time table, I wish to formally inform you that I am running for the office of chairman of our great phase 2 and I therefore solicit your support and vote in the coming election scheduled to hold on August Saturday 31, 2019 at the T-junction near Chris Noggy  supermarket, the usual venue for phase 2 residents general meeting. 

I want to sincerely appreciate  all outgoing phase 2 executives for all their efforts in laying a good foundation for the association.

Our team focus when I emerge victorious at the poll and thus elected chairman with your support and cooperation would be;

1. To strengthen or fortify foundation laid by the outgoing executive and where and when absolutely necessary make adjustment for the benefits of all phase 2 residents. I believe in continuity of good works, projects, programs and relationships with all stakeholders.

2. To build solid super structures of service delivery, accountability, transparency, carrying all residents along in decision making, good representation, improve security measures, internal road maintenance, clearing of drainages and water ways, sweeping of street, regular cutting of lawns, repair of broken fences, fixing of barbs wires on the fence, installation of street light, installation of CCTV, installation of street signs, improvement of transportation systems, monthly publishing of income and expenses of the association, open and competitive procurement process, engagement of youth and children, improve social welfare of all residents of phase2 and lots more

All these are what we can achieve together with your cooperation and support when voted in as chairman in the coming election and that begins with your vote for me come on August 31, 2019.

To begin with, if you have paid either your 2017, 2018, 2019 facility fee depending on when you moved into the estate make sure you collect your receipt if you haven't? Keep your receipt safely with you. If you don't get your receipt before the election, please make sure your payment/deposit slip is safe with you. If you did transfer via your mobile app, print out your e-receipt. Do a screen short of it, print and keep it safe. 

If you haven't paid any of 2017, 2018, or 2019 facility fee depending on when you move into the estate and you would love to vote for me which I would greatly appreciate, make your payment before election date and keep your proof of payment safe.

*Note: What qualifies a resident to vote:

If you move into the estate before or in 2017 you need to have paid 2017, 2018 and 2019 facility fee

If you move into the estate in 2018 you need to have paid 2018 and 2019 facility fee

If you move in 2019 you need to have paid 2019 facility feewou need a proof of payment of 2019 facility fee to be able to vote *

So please I encourage you to make the sacrifice so you can exercise your franchise and vote for *A New Dawn In phase2* you wish to see.

If you are not resident in phase2, you can still support me. You can mobilize and encourage your friends, colleagues, customers and anyone you know that lives in phase2 to vote for me. Forward this message and my other campaign posts and images to them, give them a call, visit them, persuade them in every way you can to vote for me and I would greatly appreciate it.

I have great confidence in you all that you would give me your support and vote come August 31, 2019.
